Disputes/Refunds
All complaints, disputes and grievances will be treated seriously and in a timely manner. If you believe that there has been an error with your donation, please get in touch with the Heart Research Institute on 1800 651 373 and confirm in writing to support@hri.org.au so that we can resolve any issues promptly.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your dispute/query, this can be referred to your financial institution. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the decision to not refund, a further request can be escalated to the Director of Cardiovascular Research.
Changes to your debit agreement
If you wish to change or update any of your details with us, you must provide us with 14 days’ notice either in writing or by contacting us on 1800 651 373.
Please provide the following information about your debit agreement to ensure smooth processing of your request: name, contact number and supporter number.
