The team will be in touch to introduce themselves. They will be asking you further questions about your heart condition (cardiac lesion), surgeries you’ve had to date, your recent medical history and for any relevant clinical letters. This is to ensure you fit the trial’s eligibility criteria to participate. After this, the team will seek permission from your treating cardiologist for you to join the CH-FIT study, so will ask for your cardiologist’s name and contact details.
