Step 1
In a large fry pan, add oil and tofu. Use a spatula to break the tofu down so it resembles scrambled eggs.

Step 2
Add seasonings and continue cooking for 8 minutes.

Step 3
Place into a bowl and serve with beans, onion, avocado, tomato, coriander and fresh lime juice.
